Evangelistic rallies at Telok Ayer Chinese MC

TELOK AYER Chinese Methodist Church will hold a series of evangelistic rallies and seminars at its premises from July 3 to 6 in Mandarin, English and Hokkien to cater to different groups of people.

The four-day programme, “Answers To Life’s Constrasts”, will be conducted by a husband-and-wife team, Dr William Ho and Dr Esther Su.

Dr Ho, who was born in China, has been pastoring, preaching and evangelising in Hongkong, Canada and various countries. Dr Su, a bio-science research worker in the United States, is a much sought-after speaker on Creation vs Evolution, Science and the Bible, family counselling, parenting and child education.

They have two sons and two daughters, who were admitted to university at an early age and graduated between the ages of 13 and 19.

Here is the full programme for the four days:

July 3 & 4, 7.30 pm – 9.15 pm — Evangelistic Rally (Hokkien), speaker Dr Ho; July 4, 9.30 am – 1 pm — Acts – Powerful Prayer (English) (for pastors and leaders), Dr Ho; July 4, 10.30 am – 12.30 pm — The Way to Happiness (Hokkien) (for Senior Citizens), Dr Su; July 5, 9 am – 4 pm — Blessed Mother, Faith of Mother, Family Renewal, Being Grand Parents (Mandarin) Dr Su; July 5, 7.30 pm – 9.30 pm — Science and the Bible I (English) Dr Ho, (Mandarin), Dr Su; July 6, 9 am – 1 pm — Parenting Talk (English), Dr Su; July 6, 9 am – 1 pm — Dialogue Session (English/Mandarin) Dr Ho; July 6, 2.30 pm – 6 pm — Science and the Bible II & III (English) Dr Ho, (Mandarin) Dr Su; July 6, 7.30 pm – 9.30 pm — Science and the Bible IV (English) Dr Ho, (Mandarin) Dr Su.
